Chairman
He was born in 1964 in Darende, Malatya. He came to Istanbul in 1970 and completed his primary, secondary and high school education here.
He started his business life in Özyaşar Tel, the family business, during his high school years. In 1981, he graduated from Eyüp High School. Later, he developed himself in the field of finance and specialized in this field.
He still serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Çokyaşar Holding, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Çokyaşar Wire and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Çokyaşar Rope. For many years, he also served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Malatya Businessmen Association and Darende Education and Culture Foundation.
Vice Chairman
He was born in 1968 in Darende, Malatya. In 1986, he graduated from Eyüp High School and at the same time he started working at Özyaşar Tel, a family business, and after graduation he worked in the sales department of the Company.
He is currently actively serving as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Çokyaşar Holding, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Çokyaşar Tel and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Çokyaşar Halat.
He is also a congress member of Galatasaray Sports Club.

He graduated from Marmara University, Department of Capital Markets. After completing his internship at Taksim Securities, he started working as an Export Operations Specialist at Özyaşar Tel. After completing his military service in 2010, he returned to the company as a Foreign Trade Manager. He then assumed the roles of Sales Manager, Holding Sales Manager and Deputy General Manager of Trade. Since February 2020, he has been the General Manager of the Holding.

Born in Dinar/Afyon in 1970, Tayfun Şentürk graduated from T.E.D Ankara College and then from Istanbul Technical University, Faculty of Materials Metallurgy, as a Metallurgical Engineer in the 1992/93 academic year. In the same year, he started his career as an engineer responsible for production in the production supply department at Ekinciler Dış Ticaret, a subsidiary of Ekinciler Holding. After his military service, he became the export-import manager at Diler Holding in 1996. Tayfun Şentürk, who served as Trade Director until 2008, has been working as the Türkiye representative and consultant of many international factories and companies until today. It has been serving the iron and steel industry for 32 years.

Born in Adana in 1967, Ümit Bozer graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Economics in 1988. He started his professional career as an auditor at Price Waterhouse in 1989 and joined ÖzMaya Gıda San. Tic. A.Ş., owned by Lesaffre Group, France, and CFO at Safmaya Gida San.Tic. A.Ş., a company of the same group, as CFO, responsible for all financial, administrative and personnel departments of the company.
In 1994, Bozer assumed a new responsibility as Financial Controller of Cargill Turkey Commodity Marketing Division and played an important role in the establishment, development and growth of Quiksilver Turkey, the first overseas partnership of Quiksilver Australia, from 1996 to early 2000. In 2000, he assumed a new role to form the group's organizational development and business development department in agreement with Çelebi Holding, but with the global economic crisis in early 2000, he continued as CFO of the group and held various organizational responsibilities within the group. One of these responsibilities was as a member of the supervisory board of Çelebi Hava Servisi, a publicly traded company of Çelebi Group. During his term as the holding's business development chairman, he accelerated the growth of the group through important domestic and international projects, the establishment of new companies such as Çelebi Liman, Çelebi Hungary and Çelebi India, and the addition of these new business areas to the group.
Mr. Bozer, who also served as a member of the Board of Directors of Çelebi Group, was appointed CEO of Çelebi Holding in 2011 and resigned as CEO of the Holding at the end of 2014 upon his own request and moved to Canada.
