Chairman
He was born in 1964 in Darende, Malatya. He came to Istanbul in 1970 and completed his primary, secondary and high school education here.
He started his business life in Özyaşar Tel, the family business, during his high school years. In 1981, he graduated from Eyüp High School. Later, he developed himself in the field of finance and specialized in this field.
He still serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Çokyaşar Holding, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Çokyaşar Wire and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Çokyaşar Rope. For many years, he also served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Malatya Businessmen Association and Darende Education and Culture Foundation.
Vice Chairman
He was born in 1968 in Darende, Malatya. In 1986, he graduated from Eyüp High School and at the same time he started working at Özyaşar Tel, a family business, and after graduation he worked in the sales department of the Company.
He is currently actively serving as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Çokyaşar Holding, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Çokyaşar Tel and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Çokyaşar Halat.
He is also a congress member of Galatasaray Sports Club.
Board Member
He graduated from Marmara University, Department of Capital Markets. After completing his internship at Taksim Securities, he started working as an Export Operations Specialist at Özyaşar Tel. After completing his military service in 2010, he returned to the company as a Foreign Trade Manager. He then assumed the roles of Sales Manager, Holding Sales Manager and Deputy General Manager of Trade. Since February 2020, he has been the General Manager of the Holding.

Born in Dinar/Afyon in 1970, Tayfun Şentürk graduated from T.E.D Ankara College and then from Istanbul Technical University, Faculty of Materials Metallurgy, as a Metallurgical Engineer in the 1992/93 academic year. In the same year, he started his career as an engineer responsible for production in the production supply department at Ekinciler Dış Ticaret, a subsidiary of Ekinciler Holding. After his military service, he became the export-import manager at Diler Holding in 1996. Tayfun Şentürk, who served as Trade Director until 2008, has been working as the Türkiye representative and consultant of many international factories and companies until today. It has been serving the iron and steel industry for 32 years.

He was born in Adana in 1967. He graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Economics in 1988 and started his career as an auditor at PwC. After his auditing experience at PwC, he worked as Assistant Commercial Manager and CFO at ÖzMaya Gıda and Safmaya Gıda, companies of the French Lesaffre Group, respectively.
He worked as the Commodity Marketing Division Financial Controller at Cargill Turkey between 1994-1996, and then took part in the Turkish expansion of the Australian-based Quicksilver brand between 1996 and 2000. He started working at Çelebi Holding in 2000 and then became the CFO of the holding company with the economic crisis. He became the CEO of Çelebi Holding in 2011.
General Manager
Born in 1971 in Çankırı, Lütfi Ferhat Özmerzi graduated from METU Mechanical Engineering in 1995 and completed the Contemporary Business Management Program at Marmara University in 1999. He started working at Aselsan in 1995. He continued as a Process Engineer at Beksa in 1998. He worked as a manager responsible for technology, quality and production at Bekaert Turkey organization between 2008-2013. He went abroad again between 2013-2015 as the country manager responsible for technical processes at Bekaert Slovakia office. He returned to Turkey in 2015, worked as Nexans Denizli Plant Manager between 2015-2016, and served as Goodyear Plant Manager between 2016-2020. He managed Global Operations at Frimpeks in 2020, and worked as Unika General Manager between 2020-2021. Özmerzi, who joined Çokyaşar Group in March 2023, continues to work as Deputy General Manager of Quality Management Systems and R&D.
